Orders & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal
  • Full payment required before order processing
  • Custom builds may require deposit payments

Returns & Refunds

  • 30-day return policy for most items
  • Products must be in original condition
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Custom-built PCs may have different return terms
  • Shipping costs non-refundable unless faulty

Limitations

  • Not responsible for incidental damages
  • Maximum liability: purchase price of product
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage
  • Overclocking may void warranty
  • Software issues not covered by hardware warranty

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to most UK addresses. Delivery times vary based on product availability and your location. Custom-built PCs typically require 5-10 business days for assembly and testing before shipping.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International: Available for select countries

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
